Getting Started!
After chatting via email or phone, we will set up a time that works for both parties for a complimentary visit so we can all get to know each other. This will allow me to meet you and your pet(s) in your home and exchange information in person. We decide at that time if we are all a good fit for one other. This meeting should take only a few minutes.
Once your pet is approved, I will ask about your pet’s diet, routine, and other needs. We'll go over where things are kept: leash, collar, treats, food, etc. I will request your vet info in case of emergency as well any other pertinent information such as emergency contact names and numbers. We'll also go over a way of entry into your home. I prefer a key as garage door key pads and other electronic devices would leave me unable to care for your pet in case we lose electric. Lastly, I have a service agreement that will need to be signed before I can start the job.
